Kelly Dodge is proud to be informed that the PSC Council has elected her as a Signature Member of the distinguished Pastel Society of Canada. The Pastel Society of Canada is the only National Society for Canada's pastel artists. It is devoted to the use of traditional pastel as a fine art medium. Organized under Federal Charter which was granted to a group of professional artists and associates of the arts, the Society is now regarded as a strong voice for Canadian Art.
